Background
Cindy began her legal career with the Government Legal Department in 2008, in its Immigration and Human Rights Team before being seconded to the Baha Mousa Public Inquiry in 2009. Upon completion of the Baha Mousa Public Inquiry, Cindy re-joined the Immigration and Human Rights Team, where she developed a keen interest in Costs Law. Cindy began her career in Costs Law in 2016, completing the ACL Training Course in 2019 with Distinction. Cindy also lectures Civil Litigation and is authoring the Costs Lawyer Civil Litigation Module.
