Our draftsmen are highly experienced in preparing bills of costs and attending to all aspects of costs in respect of Court of Protection matters. We also provide advice in respect of assessed bills and our service extends to submitting reviews where appropriate challenging assessments and the appeal procedure including attendance at the appeal hearing.
