Role & Responsibilities
John’s early career was spent in the Litigation Department of a large city practice. John joined Kain Knight in November 1987, becoming a Director in 1999.
For many years, as an accredited Training provider, John has conducted regular symposiums for his London clients.
John’s expertise is in complex and high-value matters for City and West End solicitor’s both justifying their work and attacking opposition costs from the inception of a case through to advocacy at the detailed assessment hearing itself.
