Background
Sam joined the Kain Knight Canterbury Office in 2012 as a Costs Negotiator for Personal Injury matters, this evolved to also preparing Replies to Points of Dispute in Clinical Negligence and Immigration cases.
Sam now specialises in Court of Protection matters. She also prepares Bills and Claim 1s for legally aided matters, including welfare proceedings, Judicial Review and High Cost Case Plans.
Interests
Sam enjoys spending time with her family. She is a keen reader and enjoys watching Formula 1.
