Role & Responsibilities
Ben prepares and negotiates Bills of Costs in Fast and Multi Track matters for several clients, including Clinical Negligence, Employer’s and Public Liability and Disease work. This includes preparation of Points of Dispute and Reply.
Ben also regularly prepares costs budgets on a variety of types of claims for several clients, and works to negotiate and agree budgets with Defendants.
Education & Qualifications
Ben graduated from the University of Exeter in 2012 with a 2:1 in Biology & Animal Behaviour. He has successfully completed the ACL Costs Lawyer qualification course.

Interests
Outside of work Ben enjoys playing golf when he can find the time, reading, socialising and going to the gym.
