On Friday 1st July, Nick will speak at the ACL Manchester Annual Costs Conference, a must-go to event for Qualified Cost’s Lawyers and trainees who want to keep up to day with the changing world of legal costs.
Nick will discuss, ‘Beyond Belsner…a look at other important solicitor/client cases in the pipeline: SGI Legal LLP v Karatysz, Edwards v Slater & Gordon & Raubeheimer v Slater & Gordon.’
Nick qualified as a Costs Lawyer in 2010 and works with a number of leading costs firms and costs solicitors. Nick is a well-respected expert in his field, conducting high value and complex costs matters, managing a costs business as well as delivering technical and practical training to firms of solicitors throughout England and Wales.
He manages Kain Knight’s Manchester office and continues to enjoy handling a complex caseload.
