Kain Knight were delighted to sponsor the drinks and canapes for the Devon & Somerset Law Society Contentious Business Open Meeting and Networking evening held on 2nd March 2023.
District Judge, Richard Griffiths, Regional Costs Judge, Nominated Judge of the Court of Protection – Exeter & Barnstable spoke on matters relevant to Court users and forthcoming developments. This was followed by a briefing about mediation and an open Q&A. Andrew Bennetts, Costs Specialist and Office Manager of Kain Knights St Austell office attended the event and met with attendees.
