Background
Victoria has a Costs Draftsman since 1996 and qualified as a solicitor in January 2001. Throughout her legal career, she has been involved in costs, whether that has been through building and heading up an internal costs team, or running her own costs firm. She has experience in all aspects of costing, including conducting negotiation meetings, attending detailed assessment hearings at both County court and the Supreme Court and of conducting oral review hearings. Victoria has experience of acting for Claimant and Defendant and in dealing with costs relating to civil litigation, commercial litigation and court of protection. She has previously undertaken costs work relating to criminal, family, legally aided matters and group actions.
Current Role & Responsibilities
Vicky is currently part of the Minster Law team, dealing with all aspects of costing in respect of their matters, including providing technical advice and representation as court hearings.

- Diploma in Legal Practice – Manchester Metropolitan University – 1997
- Professional Skills Course (Ethics and Client responsibility, Finance and Business, Advocacy and Accounts) – Cardiff Law School – 2000
Interests
Vicky was a Volunteer Vaccinator with St John Ambulance. She also regularly takes part in long distance running events including the Kennet and Avon 145 mile Canal Race in 2021 to raise money for charity.
