Costs Draftsman
Background
Zoe has been a law costs draftsman and negotiator for over 12 years. She has experience in both high and low value claims. She started her career back in her early 20s, initially working as a drafter only before eventually moving into negotiations as well. She runs her own case load from cradle to grave.
As well as drafting and negotiating, she also has several years’ experience in budgeting, preparing budgets and BDRs, and negotiating on the same. She is experienced in a variety of cases including RTA, EL/PL, clinical negligence, industrial disease, housing disrepair and data breach claims.
She spent several years at a previous firm working solely on high value motorcycle claims and clinical negligence claims.
On a final note, she is experienced with fixed costs disputes and disbursement disputes.
