Background
Jason has spent 13 years as a law costs negotiator, for both Claimant and Defendant. This includes extensive experience dealing with full breadth of legal costs cases, including RTA, EL/PL, disease, cavity wall, holiday sickness, housing disrepair, clinical negligence and Japanese Knotweed. Jason also has 2 years’ experience as a PI/RTA claims handler.
