Role & Responsibilities
Rahul began working at Kain Knight in 2013, after obtaining a masters degree in Law from the University of Hertfordshire. Rahul now works out of our Manchester office as a Senior Costs Draftsman and Negotiator.
Rahul regularly prepares Bill of Costs, Costs Budgets, Precedent R (budget discussion reports) and Points of Dispute/Replies; in the fields of Commercial Litigation as well as in Clinical Negligence, Brain and Spinal Injury, Noise Induced Hearing Loss, Non-Freezing Cold Injury, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accidents.
