Background
Following completion of the BPTC Faith landed in legal costs and for some reason hasn’t left. Having been in practice for over 10 years Faith has significant experience as an advocate, for both Receiving Party and Paying Party and holds a current Costs Lawyers practicing certificate.
Faith worked briefly in house for a leading ATE provider, underwriting ATE policies for a wide range of Civil claims before returning to private practice.
Faith has worked for a wide range of clients from litigants in person, Fixed Costs RTA claims to catastrophic injury claims and multi-million pound commercial claims. Faith manages costs litigation throughout the lifetime of the claim and continues to represent clients in Joint Settlement Meetings, at Mediation, Arbitration, CCMC and Detailed Assessments.
