Costs Budgeting Rule & PD Amendments – With Effect From 6th April 2017
The amendments to CPR 3 and PD3E are imminent – they come into effect on Thursday. In particular they address the treatment of incurred costs in budgets and to deal with the SARPD Oil International v Addax Energy SA Judgment.
