Kain Knight North & Midlands Announce two key Promotions
The Kain Knight North & Midlands office, based in Manchester, opened in 2017 and due to its ongoing success, two key team members have been promoted to assist with future growth plans.
Nick McDonnell, Director of Kain Knight North & Midlands says “I am delighted to announce the promotion of Gary Redfern. Gary has been with the Kain Knight’s North & Midlands’ office since the beginning and his commitment to the growth and success of the business has never wavered. To reflect this commitment, Gary has been promoted to Head of Legal Operations (North & Midlands). This senior role reflects Gary’s exemplary performance, dedication, and leadership. Furthermore, Gary has significantly contributed to the office’s growth and success. As Head of Legal Operations Gary will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, developing, and implementing processes, and managing resources. This role is critical in supporting the legal services we provide, and Gary’s input will undoubtedly enhance productivity as well as further improve the overall effectiveness of the business.”

Nick continues “I am also thrilled to announce the additional promotion of Laura Gray who has been promoted to Housing Conditions Claims Team Manager. Housing conditions claims represent an important sector and strength for Kain Knight and the North & Midlands team, and to show our commitment to this work we have promoted Laura to team manager. Laura, a Costs Lawyer, has extensive experience in all aspects of costs surrounding housing conditions claims and since starting with the Kain Knight’s North & Midlands’ office in early 2020, she has shown a profound work ethic. Laura brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence, making her the ideal candidate to lead this important team. I would like to wish both Gary and Laura every success in their new roles.”
