Andrew is an experienced advocate having represented clients in High Court, County Court and SCCO costs proceedings as well as in shipping arbitrations and in the Lands Tribunal. He has been engaged in the preparation of Form H Costs Budgets, their negotiation and also attending Costs Case Management hearings.
